Hello again! As some of you may know, I have been helping a friend out with his grandmother’s car: a 1994 BMW 318is. Painted in Boston Green Metallic, and equipped with a FOUR speed automatic transmission! When I was last with the car I managed to snap two quick pictures of the front of the car. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to get some interior and exterior shots (rear). Also, hood struts aren’t fun to replace. At all.

What are your plans for it? Daily drive? Drift monster, bro? Rally car?

Our current plans with it are to make a low-key rallyx/autox build. We’re still not entirely sure what we’re going to do.

I promise you there are other cars that look this good in green as well.

Four speed auto? My dad’s 2015 xB has a four speed auto.

What makes the e36 hood struts difficult? I’ve always found hood struts to be one of the simpler things to replace but I’ve also never worked on an e36.

I don’t really know, and getting them off is no problem, but getting the new strut to fully clip in on the top is a pain in the (buttock region).

Neat. What does the interior look like?
